Ashley is an Orange County- based real estate professional with a passion for helping people. Gina is a first-generation American who grew up in Orange County. Her parents courageously came to this country and built a prosperous life for themselves and their four children. “My father worked in construction his whole life to take care of his family,” Gina says. “He made sure all of his kids could get a proper education. He had funds in the bank ready for us to go to college. The main reason I strive to be successful is because of the sacrifices my parents made for us.” Gina has made the most of the opportunities her parents helped to create for her. While earning her degree in geology from California State University Fullerton, she became a licensed notary and began facilitating mortgage loan closings. Eventually, an agent approached her with an opportunity to work as her assistant processing short sales. That hands-on experience motivated Gina to get her real estate license and become an independent Realtor®. Gina’s patience and skill at listening to her clients help her to truly understand their requirements and find the home that meets all of their needs. “It’s important to me to put them at ease so they can feel happy and enjoy the entire process. I want to make it as stress-free as possible.”
